skunk2 exhaust too short??
i was putting on my exhuast yesterday and i didnt line it up b4 the install(i wish i would have) and its about 12-15" short from the exhasut manifold down to the resonator pipe. Is there supposed to be a catalytic converter there that i have to buy? Or can i just get a n extension pipe made with the 2 flanges? or anyhting else?

do you have a cat installed right now? if you don't have a cat converter, then that's obvioulsly the problem. what kind of car do you have?

i know where i live you can take the c/v off and be legal, as long as the cops dont think its to loud. also you will probably need a c/v if you have to get emissions tested.

then yeah, myself i'd just go straight pipe with a resonator, just because with out a resonator it would be very loud and annoying, unless thats the way you like it.
