Default Ground Control Coilover Sleeves vs. my wife.

Just replaced these bad boys after my wife blew out her front driver's side AGX. The rears are fine. I think she actually AIMS for every pothole shes sees. Gonna save up a chunk and get full coilovers.

^^ smart man, if your wife doesn't have the passion for cars she will just abuse them don't pump money into a car that is just going to get beat on.

We bought it this way. She's not into the scene at all. Originally her hatch was going to be mine then her Geo blew up.

This happens because no one used the o-rings and electical tape that hold them tight against the strut. Without it allows them to move around on bumps. I did the same thing to an ebay set but mine looked like one of the guns from cartoons that someone put there finger in and it blew up.

Damn, I've had ebay sleeves for like 5 years and they don't have any bends or cracks in them at all. Daily Driver.

You are absolutely correct. No O-rings when I pulled them off. THIS time the new set was installed correctly-O-rings and all.

Damn she must beat the hell out of the car for that to happen! I have a set of old sleeves like that but they are still intact. If you like you can have them cheap.
