Skunk2 cams with Supertech question

Skunk2 cams with Supertech question
In the future i plan on building the gsr head.
My plans for the gsr is daily driven stock block with stock gsr intake manifold and later will upgrade to a skunk2 manifold.
i do plan on getting a crome ecu setup.
I have chosen to go with supertech valvsprings, supertech valves, suptertech retianers, and skunk2 stage 2 cams. i was once told by a guy who wanted to sell me his complete blox setup that if i go skunk2, i'll need skunk2 valvtrain and supertech will not work. my question is: Will skunk2 stage 2 work with supertech valvtrain reliably?
