This may sound stupid but I have a skunk2 cam gear with a zex camshaft on my 94 ex and I don't know the process of adjusting the cam gear. I know that using a dyno is the best way, but we have no dynos available where I live. When the camshaft and gear was installed it was put all the way advanced. The car feels like it lags too much on acceleration. Also just purchased a greddy turbo kit so what would be the best place to keep the cam gear adjusted to. thanks all

advanced = killer low end power, weak topend.
retarded = killer topend, weak low end.

what is ideal for the turbo setup. So if the cam gear is at +5 then I should have more low end power correct.

yes advancing the cam = will imporve the low end...but destroy the high end

turbo setting go with low end power (adv.) and the turbo takes care of top end

don't laugh but I always forget the two. So with it being on +5 it is all the way advanced correct. should it be there or a couple of degrees lower
