Skill testing questions about GRRRRRR fuel pump!!
Car body: 1993 Honda Civic (?)
Engine: B16A OBD2 (JDM)
ECU73
Engine Year: 1999
Issue: Start two weeks ago. Fuel pump didn't prime from 3 seconds to 2 mins.
After studying the pattern. I was able to determine that in the cold morning, turn key to ON, CEL comes on and then you hear fuel pump prime, light goes out
and good to start car. Afternoon, repeat previous step, but add the 3 to 2 min delay. Drive car home, turn car off, wait 10 mins, good to start. 9 to 10 hours between starts. Afternoons is the only time of day with this issue.
Steps taken so far: replace fuel pump, worked great for 3 days, issue started again.
Replace some damaged wires, issues still present. I have check on the fourm, some issues close but not close enough.
I think the next step is a new ECU, maybe a P72??
Any other ideas I could be missing?
Also my first post, please be gentle, on second thought, be honest.

no skill here this is the wrong fourm this is for the integra type r. you want a p30 ecu not a p72 or p73. and you should check the main relay first since the ecu dosn't control the fuel pump . the solders like to crack. and next time try the 92-00 fourm

The reason I posted here was the engine and ecu was from a integra type-r. Engine swap. My bad, should have stated this. Thank you guys for your feed back.

Again thank you all for your feed back. And YES I was wrong. B16A was never in the Integra, but the number on the ECU was p73, from which search results showed it as a Integra Type-R. So I ASSuMEd the engine was Integra as well. Also no bubbles burst, new to the Honda Tuning world.
