Which size Azenis for 16x7.5 Kosei K1s?
Which size Azenis for 16x7.5 Kosei K1s?
The choices are either:
205-55-16
or
215-45-16
they are gonna be on a 2000 Civic Hatch droped about 1.5-2 inches.

Get 215-45-16. They might rub but raise your car. I dont think ANY tire out there compares to the Falken Azenis for the price

In 16's the choices are tough for real top notch street tires. Two new choices in 205/45R16 are Dunlop FM901 and Yoko Parada Spec-2. Also, the A520 is a great dry tire with a very stiff sidewall. Also in that same size is Sumitomo HTRZ II, Dunlop SP 9000, and Pirelli P Zero. Michelin Pilot Sport and Azenis are nice ones in 215/45R16 which is not even .5" more in ouside diameter then stock. In 205/50R16 there is the S-03 and RE730.

The Azenis in 215/45x16" will not work. I had them on the same wheels (16x7.5" Kosei K1 43mm offset) and they rubbed like crazy. The 215/45x16" should be 225/45x16" or even 235x45x16" tires.

They don't make s03's in 16" 45 series.
I'm confused-- I run 205/45/16 on a 16x7 wheel. So why wouldn't you get a wider tire for a wider wheel? And since the tire is wider, shouldn't the aspect ratio change accordingly? And if they rub with wider rubber, it sounds like the offset is wrong, not the tire.
Someone please clarify.
