Default SiR, LS/VTEC, or SiR in 90' Civic?

ok i have a chance to buy

1. 93 SiR engine and swap for $1800
2. LS/VTEC (the block has a crack on it) $1300
3. SiR swapin 1990 Civic hb $3000

i need help in making a choice, i drive a stock 98' DX coupe and i need swap and these are my choices. im very interested #3 cuz i would have 2 cars to drive, one car as daily driver and one car for the weekends. going with choice 3 i wouldnt have to mess with swap and crap. please give me ur choice and advice.
