Default SIR Fan wont work

The coolant fan wont kick in. I know this is a common problem with hondas.
The fuses are good, the relay is good, and the fan kicks in when I put a jumper wire to the signal output at the fan relay circuit. Has anybody came across this problem and fixed it? Please let me know.
And My scan tool is reading the Coolant temp sensor and it reads just fine.
Any input would be great.

since you checked the fuses (replaced it even if it looks good?)
and you checked the relay (swapped it with another relay?)

then there is a temp switch that controls everything, they do go bad.

Fues is ok, checked with a test light. Relay is ok, switched it with a knowen good one. And the coolant temp switch is reading ok on the scan tool. Unless there is another switch I am missing!

the coolant temp switch runs to the ECU, this one runs to the control side of the fan relay. and it's some what common to go out.
which engine do you have? I'll post a pic of exactly where it is and how to check it.
