Just for your info. The SiR clusters do not dim. That's all i can really tell. I can't remember whether mines found a home or not, my car came with it stock.

I have one and it doesn't dim also. The two plugs that you have are the SRS plug and a cruise control plug i believe. EG6's (Si-R) didn't have a airbag system and cruise controls. So, you really don't have nothing to worry about. There is a way to make your dimmer work. You can take your existing JDM gauges off the cluster unit and screw them onto your existing USDM unit. ( NOTE: This will only work if your existing USDM gauge cluster has a tach on it !! ). You might have to do some trimming inside the area of the USDM clsuter to fit exactly. Also, replace the USDM bulbs with your SiR bulbs. Hook it up and you should be able to use the dimmer switch. And also, you can re-plug those two plugs and use them with your USDM gauge cluster. I did this for a buddy's car and it works perfect. Hope this helps. Late.
