Call your local honda dealer or order from http://www.slhondparts.com
Also thats for the type of coolant/fluid in your ac system just so you know.

I used to have that label before, but after a minor accident bent the rad support, the new rad support didnt comes with that label. So i'm finding a part-no for that.

Just visited http://www.slhondaparts.com/ but no part-no found.
It should be that B-60 in the diagram, but no part-no

It's just a sticker don't worry about it. If you need to get your A/C system worked on -- the technicians will be able to look it up on the computer... Anyways, the reason that it didn't come with the radiator support is because the radiator support was only ordered and put on. I'm from an autobody collision repair class and my friend that has an EK coupe that put on a new radiator support has no sticker on there -- I think it looks better.
