it all depends on wat shop u go to and wat kinda labor and paint u use.. i wuld guess anywhere from little as 100 dollars to 500 dollars.. all depending on quality, paint and location u go too.

Ya i am going to do it myself, i can do it for like $45-50. I just did my grill ill post pictures, it looks good just not as reflective as the stock paint. But on the side skirts you wont even notice it! Thanks guys! One thing i do need to get painted is my floding mirrors, anyone have a ballpark on those? I cant do those i want them to look good!

Whoever you get to paint your sideskirts, you're probably going to get chipping, due to rocks. From your avatar, I can assume you roll in a black civic? Black is easy to just do yourself.
Why don't you just take off the skirts, do a little sanding, primer it, and paint them the way a loving owner would (even an amateur), instead of the way a wage-payed spray jockey would. Also, a few layers of clear should be noted for a good shine. Then just apply a microfiber towel between your skirts and the mudflaps (you should install them to prevent damage to the paint while curing), and you'll be done. For the next month, I'd recommend against any dirt roads, but you should already know that.
I say save the money, and contribute a little spare time, assuming you have any, to doing it yourself. It's actually really easy.

Gee, I don't know. If you have the patience to wait for good paint, I say order it. But if you think that it will be pretty unnoticeable, just go with the duplicolor and some cans of clear.
You can also consult/search through the paint and body section as well to see if you can get a more knowledgeable answer.
