Sick of your 92-95 cx-dx SEATS? I AM!
I dont know if you have noticed but i drove a 95 civic dx, and the seats in them are horrible! they dont grip you for ****, you turn hard enough and you fall from one side of the car to the other (not really but u know ). I hate this, but i dont really want to go aftermarket or get racing seats because i dont really want to race around! Any suggestions?
I know with VW's you can take seats from almost any generation and get them into another car without major issues, i wonder if preludes got good seats that would go right into a civ
lemme know

I havent really noticed you driving around. Guess I just dont see you at any of the stoplights. Oh well try getting the Del Sol seats ( have to modify the seat rails), Integra seats( 94-01 bolt in), and my favorite the S2000 seats have to be modified as well. If you dont like these options do a search on some JDM ITR recaro's.

Prelude seats fit 3 out of 4 bolts....
I've got them in my 95 hatch and absolutely love them...i just drilled and tapped the 4 hole out..... Definately a great improvement over stock seats

I autocross in my DX seats. I don't seem to have a problem. Probably because I wear a seatbelt and don't lay all pimped back in my seat (I'm seated properly when I drive).

I also hate the stock 92-95 stock seats and there nasty looking head rests
You can always get a set of Del Slow seats, or S2000 seats on ebay or on here
Just keep your eye open and you will see many stock seats for sale

I just got a pair of del sol seat in my dx. They are a big improvement over the stock civic seats. Much more support.
They also sit like ~3in lower. I'm still getting used to it.

You just have to swap the civic sliders to the del sol seats and everything fits right.

Are they the 96+ ones? I have the same ones I think in my HX and man, on a hard left, I end up sitting in the passenger seat!

The Del Sol seats are nice. The integra seats are nice as well but I prefer the Del Sol seats. Either one would be a jump up from the stock seats. Both Del Sol and Integra seats need the seat rails from the Civic and then they just bolt in.

I have 98 gsr cloth seats and I love them. The lumbar is awesome. deflate the lumbar and you have some good side bolster support. They do sit a little higher than the stock civic seats. My friend has del sol seats in his civic and they sit too low for me.

INTEGRA seats bolt perfectly into ANY 92-95 civic just fine, not sure bout 96-00

If your taller, then the Del Sol seats are a good choice.

my girls brother has a crx hf and his seats have good side support but terrible lower back support. Haven't sat in any crx si seats, are they that much better?
