Pop off the inside panel and lube up the tracks inside. Also look and see if one of the bolts came loose and the window is nice and straight in the tracks.

yeah when i installed my power windows the windows kept falling out. i later found out that the windows were not directly in the track. so that fixed it. from wat IslandSi said, the only things that could make ur windows come off track are the bolts and the windows not staying in track. its got to be nice and snug. and lube it up.. that might help to.

either a bolt came loose, or the front weatherstripping needs to be replaced. Thats what 96-00 civics are known for.

Had the same problem. New front weatherstripping and $~250 later and all was well. Kinda hard to swallow on a 3 year old car, Honda or not. But hey, **** happens.

i have the same problem in my ek its a bitch but i think it was because someone stole my car before i owned it and when they poped the window out they bent the part that the window is connected to on the bottom so i had to take the glass out and pull on the peice that the glass is connected to to and bend it back and also you have to put the glass back in and make sure its on the rubber tracks spray a little wd40 in the rubber tracks and grease up the metal tracks real nice also.
