Si vs EX ??

Si vs EX ??
Can anyone tell me the performance specs (Hp & Torque) at each RPM level for both the Civic Si and the Civic Ex??
I know the Si has 160Hp and the Ex has 127Hp, but I want a more specific comparison.
Is it worth selling my Ex and buying an Si??
Thanks for your help.

Ever concidered a swap? You can meet and well exceed the stock 99-00 si perofrmance with a b18c1 or a b16a. Cheap and easy alternate to buying an inflated SI

Re: Si vs EX ?? (jjcivic_si)
Honda Civic SI: 160hp, 111 Torque, 10.2.1 Compression Ratio
Honda Civic 2dr EX: 127hp, 107 Torque, 9.6.1 Compression Ratio
The SI weighs 2612, the EX weighs 2513, I think the weight is mainly in the engine, correct me if I'm wrong.
Other than just engine differences, SI has the lip and sideskirts(painted to say the least) different grille, gauges and seats are same but different covering, rear disc brakes, NO ABS while the EX does and a much improved transmission, yet still too small to handle larger HP applications stock.
I'd reccomend a swap, go total sleeper, I would opt for a B18 or an LS/Vtec, the differences between the GS-R and the SI's engine would be displacement, but the SI has a better head. And this way you get ABS which i could have used last february...........

Re: Si vs EX ?? (blkgti)
i thought the si didn't have abs.
CDM SiR = has abs
the suspension is slightly stiffer than the EX. bigger front sway bay, and a 13mm rear sway bar. Has the GS-R front strut tower bar.
15" wheels with 195/55R15 as the stock tire height.
