SI wheels are not expensive. You can get then from Majestic Honda for $127 a piece.
With shipping you're looking at $600.
These wheels are also found on some later model EX civics too. Not sure on the years though. Maybe 03-05.

I suggest you buy them off someone local...or ....forums...Just a suggestion but if you want them brand spanking new and you think its worth it..Buy them at the dealership..(They sometimes will cut you a deal if you buy Rims and Tires I believe)

Either way $600 is not $1000 any way you cut it.
Used rims are used rims. If you want a clean set (brand new), used is not the way to go.
Anyway, his question was answered and now the OP can decide how much he wants to spend.

wheelsandcaps on ebay may still sell Keystone replicas for about $450 shipped.
That's how I got my 97 GS-R wheels. About $430 with tax and shipping. You can't tell the difference between these and real ones. They're exact replicas.
