Default si issues?

i have a 95 cx hatch with a d15bjspec motor and a p28 ecu my friend has a 89 crx which we thought was stock but its pretty quick! the car doesnt have si on it anywhere we thought it was a dx but he spanks me any clue as to whether or not he is si we know the engine is stock and it has pgmfi i dont know about ecu if it was an si it would have a pm6 ecu right?

how can i tell if the engine is a si what should the engine code read?

read the engravigns on the block of the motor....should be d16z6 or b18c5 or something like that....post it here and someone will be able to help you

u couls also look to see if it has a power sunroof and si seats and clock inside, maybe a tachometer too, those are things the si came with
