I searched for this and never really found an answer. I have a 97 Hatch with a B16A2 swap already in it. The wire harness currently in it is complete trash, the original owner hacked it up pretty bad and it runs pretty bad...currently using a GSR ecu which is half the problem.

But here's the deal, I figured I would buy the original harness and ecu for the motor before doing a little research here. Come to find out the harness only has 2 ecu plugs (B & C), OBD2b which is par for the SI harness. Cool right?

Problem is the smaller green connector that is suppose to connect to the cars dash harness is wired up differently than the 96-98 harnesses. I was looking thru the factory wiring pin outs and the 96-98 connector has the AC compressor switch and all that while the 99-00 connector has none of this? Looks like the 99-00 civics ran a diff harness for AC and a few other things.

Am I up shyt creek or can I do some re-pinning to get this puppy to work? Anyone done this before? I was looking for a 96-98 EX harness but these suckers are getting hard to come by and not cheap.

If I am screwed I got a SI harness and ECU for sale
