The fronts fit - but the rears will not. Not without modifications atleast. The rear swaybar mount is narrower on the 99 SI. So to fit it on an integra you need to grind some material off of your bushing on your rear LCA to make the suspension fit.
It might be easier to sell the SI kit and just buy one for your integra.

Yea and i bet the rears where it connects to the LCA was loose. Did you use a few washers?

because the Teg/EG LCA's have a wider shock fork than the 96-00 Civics....meaning the EG's fit over EK's, but not the other way around.
Just use a grinder and take off some bushing....I did 2 sets of EK Buddy CLubs coilovers onto EG LCA's and my current Koni Yellows are for an EK also
