I am pretty sure he said that because there is no need for rewiring to run an '99-00 cluster in a '98-98. And I don't see a difference in the wiring for the tach.

Yes, all 96-00 tachs are PnP.

yep... CTR/SiR/Si/dx/ex/hx are all interchangable... even the CRV clusters are pnp..
isnt there a thread somehwere around here where it shows the interchangability of 96-00 parts...

if i get an si cluster .. and put it into my ek .. can i adjust the mileage of the si cluster to match my cluster by hand? .. and then if i go to sell my car .. can i swap in my stock cluster and change the number of miles on that to the updated milage that i have on the si cluster and get away with it?

if i get a 2000 si cluster and I have a 96 dx cluster... can i swap the odometers on them so the si one has the correct miles for the car...

I have the regular dx cluster in my hatch and a tach bolted up. Now if I go for the si cluster... do i just rewire to the cluster and remove the aftermarket tach?
