Default Si brakes on 97 hatch

Ok, i have a full 99 si brake setup. Big front discs and rear dics.

ITs the whole thing. needless to say the calipers and rotars and pads all need changed, but how difficult is to put this on.

what all is involved?

And would the car stop a whole lot better? or is it minimal?

the front u need to change the whole knuckle and the rear u need to change the whole trailing arm, iv never personaly felt this setup but i know a gsr brake swap works pretty damn well

Its not that hard!!! And make sure you have clamps for the brake fluid lines so once they're off they do not leak all over the place!! And you need the prop 40/40 valve so you can send more fluid to the rear breaks / and getting a bigger (gsr) break booster and bigger master cylinder wont hurt either!

And you don't need the whole rear trailing arm, you can just change the hubs on the one you already have from drum to discs!

No he doesn't need the proportioning valve, his stock one is exactly the same as the SI one so he is ready to swap the stuff over.

There is a night and day difference on how the brakes feel and stop compared to the tiny stock setup! And the stock proportioning valve is the exact same as the si
