thanx alot, cuz my parents are being bitches, my brakes are kinda fucked up, theres like no peddle feel when im going like under 10 mph, like the pedal goes to the floor, but when im driving at normal speeds, its works fine, but i know my brakes are worn, and my parents will pay for it only if i go to a shop to get it "Fixed", so i have to find a place, cuz id rather upgrade then get it fixed and keep my **** brakes . . . . . has anyone ever gotten there brakes done anywhere in so cal? like upgraded to oem shizzzz

Re: (DOHC4life)
my buddy and i swapped my CTR 5 lug on, as well as my Si front LCAs, forks, and sway bar. well, all my suspension to tell you the truth. its not hard it you have the tools. i had an impact gun at the time, but since have moved.
if i'm in the socal area anytime soon i might offer to do it for you.

uh... your about to drop a load of cash... if your pedel is going to the floor stop by autozone and pickup a master cylinder for 40 bucks you can swap that out wiht a 10 mm lock wrench, and a 12 mm socket... it will take 20 mins if that... then thouroughly bleed the brakes... or try bleeding the brakes and if that doesnt work then swap the master cyl... but if you do all that your wasint a load of money...
The dx calipers are fine for stopping spend your money on rear disk brakes... the fronts are already faring fair... while they could be better they are fine as tehy sit

really i thought bigger rotors and better calipers, like the SI ones or integra ones will help you stop, and rear discs dont do that much i heard . . . . . anyone have some input on revhard15's comments ?

Re: (b20todaej6)
ive got a comment for my own comment, i said do the rear disk swap before you upgrade the front, but you would probably end up spending a **** load being that you cant do ur own work... but rear disc's are a huge help i spent around 170 for my set up, and installed it myself thats rear disk trailing arms integra 15/16ths master cylinder brake booster, and a 40/40 proportioning valve, and brake pads and having the rotors turned... and i installed it myself and dropped it off at the alignment shop, drives true, and stops on a dime... :-) eat that input
