The 6th Generation SI was only produced in 1999 and 2000.
The side skirts were on all 96-00 Civics. I don't know if there is a difference. And I personally have not heard about someone putting 6th gen side skirts on 5th gen's but, it should work or be real close.

You have to trim a little bit on either side...but you can get them to fit

Some trimming to the skirts and redrilling of the mounting holes is all it needs. Search around the archived threads it was discussed in good detail....somone also posted a good how to with photos.

I think that I've also heard you can drill the ek side skirt instead of the body (you'll understand after you read the thread).
