Default should i turbo my d16y8

ive been thinking of turboing my d16y8 for some time now i was sort of thinking of getting a sts turbo which is like 7 or 8 psi according to the research ive done but im not to sure about it. but i herd that with the small vtec solenoid i have could run a chance of going bad if i run a boost and i also herd my engine dosnt respond well to bolt ons so if anyone could shed a little light on my issue i would be greatly apperciated

You obviously need to research more...you're missing a lot of key info if you're seriously thinking of turboing your car in the near future. Check out the Forced Induction FAQ and it'll answer a lot of the questions you have. Also next time, post your question in the FI Forum
