Default Should I replace oil pump and water pump?

Blown head gasket, oil in the coolant, possibly coolant in the oil, its not THAT bad, but should I replace the oil pump and water pump along with my head gasket?

i personally would change then both they are only like 100 each from honda how many miles are on the old ones?
