ur gonna notice a difference with a tune. the only difference ur gonna notice if u chip it is that ur gas mileage is gonna be garbage. i would get it tuned but thats just me. rather be safe than sorry. and dont rev the hell out of a stock b20 bottom end there not designed for it.

Tune it. If you're going to go through the trouble of building a motor, why shoot yourself in the foot by not tuning it?

yeah just wanted to see wat others thought cuz i see a lot of people not tuning it.. its basically a stock b20 vtec with new internals.. just went with stock pistons rings and bearings.. so its pretty much a new motor and runs good so far.. also wat conversion pigtail do u guys reccomend for obd2 to obd1? i see so many that have problems with it. heard the skunk2 ones go bad due to wires becoming loose after a while. any site u can reccomend?

Why..
Why do people not find tuning necessary?
Your engine doesnt find ways to run at the perfect a/f ratio. It just runs and if it blows up, then it blows up. You have to tell it how to run.
