Should I get this 96 cx?? whats the catch??
Well...heres the jist of it...a 'private seller' has a 96 cx, about 118k, BONE STOCK down to the hubcaps lol, pretty mint in and out, he's askin 4500...but...its about 40 miles away and I didnt see it in person yet, but hes tellin me it has a 'slight tap' after it warms up. He's also sayin he has a y8 head and comp he can throw on if im instrested. I had a 92 cx with a ls and a couple of da integras...but i never dealt with ek's before...does this deal sound legit??? Should I walk away??? Any help will be great!!

that sounds about right for a cx with that many miles. my friend bought his 96 cx for about $4800.

I payed like 6k for my 97 dx hatchy with like 80k on it from the Honda dealer 2 years ago. Just so you have a reference point.

My advice is not to get too excited and have someone else who is knowledgeble about cars (especially someone who owns one of these) come with you. Could end up saving you tons of money in the long run and a ton of headaches.

i bought my MGP 96 dx hatch with 86k miles for 4k 1 year ago...
i think if you keep searching you can find a better deal..
