All right I'm pretty new to civics so I would greatly appreciate some advice. http://phoenix.craigslist.org/evl/cto/1897993716.html this is the link to the ad...car has no ac and odometer is broken-reads about 150k when really 140k..seems a d16z6 was swapped into it...guy says he'll go down to 1800, but after speaking to him I think I can get him to go lower....does this seem shady at all to any of you? Im gonna be starting school soon and I need a good reliable car..the ac I can fixx within a month so thats of no worry to me,but like I said I dont know much about civics so any advice?

1800 is pretty cheap. If that car was in mn I would def pick it up since I notice zero rust. Just make sure you check over everything.
Engine compression test
Brake test
Last time maint. Belt, hoses, plugs, so on and so forth
Brand of coilovers. Push down on frontend and backend to check for stiffness and rebound. It's pretty easy to tell if they are or are near blown.
Bondo will make a different sound than metal if you knock on it.
Carfax report
Check ecu
Turn on car to see if all lights on the dash light up
Look at frame
Check acceleration from a dig for clutch life
Check ecu
Check if its a diy hid job
