Default should i buy this????.........

my friend is selling me a Skunk2 P28, and i wanna know the benefits that im gonna get from it. im just looking for some feedback and experiences from anyone. Im running a almost stock 95 EJ1. Thanks

If he is your friend ask him if you could take it for a 1 day test drive. Maby that will help you make up your mind.
As for actual performance gains I have no idea.

On a stock civic you would not gain any power. The computer remaps the fuel and timing maps for a modded car. If you car is stock there is not much point. The added fuel would just make your gas milage go to crap.

most likely an adjusted vtec setting and increased redline
