Fuel and spark no start
Fuel filer has pressure... coil reads 3.5 from a to b on 200 ohms and 15.72 on secondary 20k ohms..
Have spark and fuel.. checked plugs and wires... cleaned all grounds... I put a axle through the transmission so i had to swap in a different 1 didnt mess with anything just transmission... and before i took it apart i had it running on carb cleaner..

We need to know: Make, Model, Engine, and Relevant Modifications.
1. Are your injectors opening? Do your injectors have 12V with the key in ON2? Do you have continuity between the colored injector ground wires at the injectors and at the cabin side harness?
Sounds like you had to remove the transmission and, even though the injectors are powered from the driver side, you have have removed 12V. The ground wires are connected at the passenger side. You may not have a good connection. You may have shorted something and blown a fuse. You say you cleaned all grounds but are you sure you reinstalled hte thermostat ground and the ground that attaches to chassis below the airbox?
2. Could you have affected timing?

CHECK THE GROUND WIRE ON THE THERMOSTAT HOUSING.
AT LEAST TWO TIMES IN TWO DIFFERENT CARS I'VE DONE WORK ON THEM AND FORGOT TO REATTATCH THIS GROUND, AND EXPERIENCED THE SAME SYMPTOMS YOU ARE.

This sounds to me like you aren't getting fuel if it ran on carb cleaner but not on it's own.
I would think with all the tests you have done, what is left is the noid light test to see if the injectors are getting injector pulse signal.

"Axle through the transmission" suggests that some abusive driving was done. You should check the compression to verify basic engine integrity. Take the upper timing cover off and be sure the timing belt is still in time. Also check fuel pressure with a gauge, or detach the return line to see that the pressure in the rail is enough to open the regulator. Despite the countless videos on youtube, loosening the connection at the filter is a lousy test. It doesn't demonstrate that the pump is making full pressure.

Re: Fuel and spark no start
Another possibility is what I found to be the cause of my intermittent no fire issue on my Del Sol. Seemingly only after a rain storm, the thing would just refuse to start. I tried everything.. I had spark, gas, and presumably air. Like you, I could get it to start momentarily with starting fluid, but it would bog back down and die instantly. All of my electrical measurements were within specs, I replaced the plugs, wires, cap & rotor. A real head-scratcher. Then at the point of near insanity, the damn thing would start and run fine again.
It turns out it was the internal coil in the distributor. It was working well enough to send a spark --which was enough to ignite the ether-- but not enough for gasoline. A perfect mess for an endless loop in troubleshooting.

I have an Accel super coil in mine now, and a spare loaded distributor on stand by ;-)
I was on the ground searching for the damn spring that popped off of it into the grass for what had to be at least an hour. Through persistence and stubbornness, I found it -- about three feet away from where I thought it landed.
I thought about converting it to an external MSD, but went with the Accel instead.

read bad things about msd, dont do it.
i solder that spring a bit so it doesnt go awol during install.
needs a <= design so spring can push/clip on imho.

Soldering is a good idea. You would think the aftermarket at least would find a better way.... At one point I was about to go look for a pen to take apart and use the spring from ;-)

Re: Fuel and spark no start
lol not sure if that would work. watched a big paper clip instantly vaporize
when i stuck it in the blower motor fuse spot under the hood. (crappy cheap stock blower plug was shorting out).
havent yet found a coil that outlasts the official honda (tec) unit at about $75 on amazon.
typically get around 5 years/75k out of them. everything else is more like 3 years/45k.
heard good things about richporter and they are cheap at $20 or so. only time will tell.
keep a spare handy is my advice. they will bite you on the *** eventually.
