short on the right side of my hatch??
Okay so I have a 00 hatch, you know how you have the dome light switch in the middle so the dome light turns on when the doors are open? Well, this only works for the passenger side. The dome light doesnt turn on anymore when the driver side door is open. Also, the beeping tone doesnt work anymore when i leave my lights on when the keys are out of the ignition. Another thing, the ***** on my climate control dont light up anymore. This wouldnt happen to do anything with the dimmer switch would it? Do you guys think theres a short somewhere?

check your fuses and make sure connections are good. did you just install a radio or something? i think when you install aftermarket it messes with those cause it's integrated in the stock deck. oh and do check the dimmer switch maybe its not up all the way.

your switch on the door may have worn out. just a shot in the dark. as for the climate control...... bulbs? does anything around your radio light up?

its probably just the bulb then because the 3 buttons connect to the 3 *****. then it goes to the harness.

you mean bulbs? theres 2 bulbs for the 3 ***** and 2 more bulbs for the 3 buttons. Good thinking though haha

did you hook up a dimmer wire on that radio harness? That has a tendency to backfeed into the dimmer circuit and blow dash lights and such. Good luck with finding out the problem.
