It appears FBJ Bearings are a quality product.

good to know, I didn't research them, I clicked the "FBJ" link on that page and it just went to more bearings and gave up

I def had to go aftermarket for the seal and bearing, It wasn't really that hard at all. I knocked out the old bearing and used a socket that matched the diameter of the new and tapped it on, same for the seal.
