Like the title says, any shops in MI that can swap b-series into civics?

There is a shop in Lavonia called Club Conceptz and they wanted like $1500-$2000 just for the damn swap!

If there are in shops in MI that you know do swaps, what do they charge?

I paid around $3000 for swap(all needed parts), labor, and a header and hondata.
That was from Payn when they first opened, and my buddy was the mechanic at the time, so I got a little deal.

Instead of paying someone else to do it, use that money to buy the tools you need and if needed rent a space to put it in at. When something goes wrong you'll both know how to fix it and have the tools to do so. there's more than enough posts, howto's and people that have done every imaginable swap to be able to guide you through anything...
