Default Shocks and springs?

So I have a set of skunk2 lowering springs on some tokico blues. And I was wanting to know peoples personal opinions. I'm planning on going ot the track in about two weeks. And I was wondering do yall think that I should run on the stock suspension or should i drop the car first. Which set-up do yall think will be most effective???

if you are planning on using this car as a track car then invest in some good full adjustable coilovers. stock suspension will get you nowhere.... you will have alot of body roll and be off the gas alot more... making it slower.

tokico blues with lowering springs suck.. but if you are looking for better performance of course any drop would be better than stock

blues are pretty bottom of the barrel.
you'd get better rebound out of some monkey knee ligaments.

if you're really gonna take that thing to the track you will end up upgrading the suspension. but for now the blues will be better off with your springs.

Don't waste your money on blues, and def. don't run the stockers.

Save up, and buy a better suspension system. You will spend more, but you will be MUCH happier in the end. Especially on systems with adjustable height and shock damper.

O wow. I'm sorry I should have specified. I'm going to an 1/8 mile track. Drag racing not curcite racing. But thanks for all the info. I was trying to figure out which suspension would help me get up and go the best. Sorry about the confusion.
