Default Shocks and springs...

After 3 months of not driving my car I finally get it the rim and tire it needed. Got the car aligned at firestone. Drive it and what happenes? The steering wheel is off center a bit..so I take it back, tell them that when I center the steering wheel that the car leans to the left...so they re-align it...drive it out..same thing. Guy told me my struts were bad and I need an aftermarket camber kit. I was already gonna get Tokico Illumina Adjustible shocks with some Eibach sportline springs...seeing as how the previous owner of the car cut the springs to lower the car. My question is would all that be the reason why my steering wheel is a bit off centered?

yes, that sounds like a possibility. never use cut springs because it kills the spring rate and causes the car to be bouncy or in your case tilted a bit to the side. for a street car, get agx/sportline, itll save you some money too cause the camber kit for front/rear is going to be like 125ish or so.
