Sup guys. Well i have a 92 si hatch. I got some adjustable
coilovers to lower it but decided to just lower the front since
my car scrapes already when i have someone in the back...

anyways being my first time ive done this i had my mechanic
with me, helping... so we went on with it, put them on than
just adjusted them to lower it. i have to say im happy with the
result visually. ride wise its ok, it jumps a tad more but you can
berly feel it. well anyways this is where my question comes
in,

when we lowered it the shocks shot up! as in inside the motor,
the hood wouldnt close.. but only the left one, the right one
was just fine..

so we messed with it a tad more and lowered it enough for
the hood to close.. Any1 know why this happened or how i
can fix???? The mechanic said it would compress on its own
and it would be fine, it should lower with time but i think its
bullshit.. The hood closes fine but im afraid ima hit a hard ***
dip and its going to shoot out of my hood....

So please ppl, fill me in. Thanks in advanced
