Shimming bad while at high speed
i just replaced the front brake pads and rotors in my 95 civic dx. and it still shakes pretty bad when i depress the brakes at high speed. not so much at low speeds.... thanks

Check your tires to make sure thay are balanced.
I thought I had everything wrong with mind till I did that.

Wheel Bearings going bad jack your car up and see if u can move the wheels back and forth with the wheel locked

could be wheel bearing.i know you said you had new rotors it could be a bad rotor on it.i work in a shop we get brand new rotors that are bad right from the parts store.or a bad tire or the balance on the tires.

You would hear that though even at low speeds. I've been through that too.

If a steel belt shifts inside of the tire it can do that, it can also "egg" at higher speeds.
