Yes, an Integra shifter will work. The Integra is dual bend, while the Civic is single bend.

All Integras are the same, except that 00-01 ITR are not black.

Thanks for the info . I was thinking of getting skunk2 ss but i heard it kills your synchro! Tried to search all over h-t for info but no luck.
When i put in the gsr shifter will it be the same as putting in the short shifter or will it be the same as stock. I rather not get a SS if it kills my tranny.

It kills your syncros if trips to the supermarket become fast and the furious. Usually syncros (and the reason you were told it'll go out) is b/c u slam it into gear b4 the clutch is fully engaged (or disengaged - point being, still partially connected).

it wont hurt your synchros as long as youre not throwing the lever like a jackass...shift normally and theyre fine

short shifters dont kill syncro's. dumbass drivers kill syncros. and a teg shifter isnt going to shorten the throws anymore than your stock one.

you will haft to cut the integra shifter width a bit shorter for it to fit into the linkage. the integra shifter width is thicker then the civic si shifter.

^^ the botton part where it bolts to the linkage itself will be wider on the integra shifter.
