Default Shifter bushing question

Hello, I'm an f-body guy but I just picked up a 95 Civic EX for a winter beater. I used to have a 95 Integra GSR about 6 years ago so it's nice getting back into something fairly familiar (though admittedly a lot slower than my old B18C, lol). Anyway, my shifter has a lot of side-to-side play so after doing some searching I picked up a set of ES shifter bushings. Unfortunately when I got down there those weren't the parts that were worn down. My shifter is actually missing one of the bushings labeled as #5 in this diagram: http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/...y5=SHIFT+LEVER

Should I just pick another one of these up from a local Honda dealer? Also, the only hardware attaching my shifter is the bearing that slides through the bottom of the shifter (#12) and the bolt/nut that slides through the bearing (#22 and #25). I don't have any of the washers or o-rings that are pictured in that diagram. Are these needed? I only ask because it seems like the one bushing that is still left there seems to be fairly tight/secure as-is.

Well i would replace which bushings are bad first and yeah, get them from Honda. As for the other parts i would wait and see if the bushing solves your problem. if not then order the nuts/bolts/washers or whatever it is your missing.
