Default SHift Linkage trouble

I just recently bought a 2000 civic si and today i was driving and all my gears went out. i looked under neath and my shift linkage was dragging... so i just slipped it back on and Im guessing i need either a New bushing im stumped
? the bushing looked a little broken since its rubbber/nylon... is that what holds the linkage on? what to do

pictures? there, im guessing the tranny side of the shift linkage fell off. If its the still one, the one that doesn't move and is basically a pivot point, then you can just screw it back in, or if its torn, get a new shift linkage. if its the other stick, then you need to find a spring pin(?????) aka bitch pin and get it in.
