Default Shift linkage hitting crossmember :(((

So I just swapped a b18cr into a 96 Dx, I got the motor in motor mounts and everything but now the problem is the shift linkage, it hits my crossmember. What's causing that and how can I solve it? The motor and shift linkage came off of a integra 94.

Either the linkage is bent, all of your mounts are not tighten correctly, or you aren't using a b-series linkage.
