I know, this topic seems to have been covered quit a few times, but the information I keep finding seems unreliable and some answers are conflicting with others.. so can anyone help me clear this up:

jdm b16 obd2 going into 00 ej8:
- will any bseries likage work (dc, da, si) except delsol linkage (its smaller?)
- or do I have to get 99-00 si linkage?

Also, motor is obd2a, car's harness is obd2b, purchased a harness to convert obd2b to obd2a so I can run the jdm ecu. Didn't look over it yet but will the obd2a dizzy require any re-wiring or are all obd2 dizzys the same? Also looking for axles, gonna need 99-00 si axles correct?

For an EJ8, you would prob need 99-00 SI linkage. Im not too sure if ALL b-series linkage is interchangable for sure.
Maybe someone can confirm?

I know an em1 linkage is compatible.

Not sure about others. Don't see this topic much.

Yes you can use any b series linkage as long as its from a teg and civic.

ok putting this to bed, here are the linkages for 92-00 civics/del sols that will work with b-swaps. All linkages are regardless of OBD orientation

92-95 Civic
94-01 Integra Linkage (any model)
99-00 Civic SI linkage

93-97 Del Sol
94-97 Del Sol VTEC linkage ONLY

96-00 Civic
94-01 Integra Linkage (any model)
99-00 Civic SI linkage

Del sol linkage WILL NOT work on any car except the Del Sol.

Ya I know del sol linkage won't work, but what 96-00 civic linkage are you refering too, ek4 linkage? Cause D-series linkage won't work with my jdm b16, and I guess any integra linkage off of any b-series motor will work for me?

k here is your interpretation...

any 94-01 Acura Integra linkage
any 99-00 Honda Civic Si linkage (EM1 B16)

will fit any 96-00 civic with a B series swap.
will also fit any 92-95 honda civic with a b series swap.
