shift light not working

shift light not working
I have a 92 honda civic lx and the shift light is not working at all. I don't see a fuse anywhere and I know the bulb isn't blown because one day it lit up when I blew a fuse for my radio. My radio wires were exposed because someone stole it and it rubbed against the metal inside the dash sparked a little but the shift light turned on but it sparked again and blew my radio and gauge lights. Anyone know what I can do to get it lighted up again?
