Shift **** Dimensions ETC.
Ok i was thinking of building a shift **** cause i have to think of something to build in metal work class at school. so i was thinking a shift **** on the lathe.
I cant find any big pictures tho.
I like the razzo shift ****. or something liek it. but without the carbon fibre.
something liek this would be good. easy to build but i could nurle (sp?) it so it has grip.
hers the screw driver i started. i was thinking something like this but for a shift **** not scrwe driver.
http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...3.jpg.orig.jpg
any ideas or think this is a good idea?

I think its a good idea. If you had the desing of that screwdriver and made it about the shape of the second **** you showed, I think it would be sick. I'd buy one if you could anodize it black (and if you didnt want an outrageous amount of $$ for it).

I made a CAD drawing for the SPOON shiftknob,
let me know if you want a copy,
I cannot post the print as a picture but I can FAX it to you or anyone else.

looks good so far. i took beginning metals too, and made a screwdriver. when you nurle it, i don't think you want to make it too grippy.
