What do you guys think of getting this done? It is for my d16z6 head. Anyone have any experiance with this? Pros/cons? i can get mine done for 35 bucks. Is it worth doing on a sohc? Or will it just screw up everything?

you will gain a tiny bit of compression, but nothing you can't accomplish with an aftermarket headgasket.

Nope. Not unless you have to due to head warp.
