Default To shave or not to Shave .. that is the question

Hey guys I got my HB about a year ago after my 4dr was totaled in an accident (rear ended .. not much damage but expensive !) The front end of the HB was beat up (it looks like somebody beat on it with a baseball bat or something cuz the frame was fine ...) anyway I found a shop in town that is building a show car and replaced the entire front end on their HB they sold me the fenders, bumper and hood cheap. the only problem is that the previous owner shaved the front fenders and now I need to decide if I should shave the sides or just have molding from the doors back .. shaving them is gona cost me an extra 300 bucks or so ..... What cha think ? anybody got any before and after of shaved cars ? (eg hb's pref) thanks !

Dude, who cares what we think. If you like shaved side molding, by golly shave it! Me personally, I think it looks clean as heck. Others will be like "nah it aint JDM blah blah".

So it's all you bro.

haha! how about that poll now! id say just sell or trade the shaved bumper...or if worse comes to worse you could buy an new bumper for like $50 and save $250 then later on when you got the extra money you could shave it all...or i could shave you in the pants and only charge $8!?

IMO shaved molding on a hatch looks like butt..just to much plain uninturuped area...i think you should just keep the molding

Hahaha, I love it when people use the "JDM - Honda-Tech connection." It's your car, but if you're asking for opinions, I think it looks better if there's something there, either a dip in the door, or an actual molding.
