Could be a bad CV joint too. Sadly, there is a long list of possibilities.

You can always try rotating your tires to see if it happens at the exact same speeds.

This is a longer shot, how are your motor mounts? Are they really soggy?

Return to the shop that balanced the wheels and have them do it again. The wheels are still out of balance.

I was thinking....CV joints usually only shake under load...unless they are in terrible shape or are bad rebuilds.

As for the tie rod ends, you can try to move the knuckle and see if there is any play in the tie rod end. It would almost have to be obvious for it to be a problem. Thing is, you'd have really bad tire wear on the inside edge if the tie rod(s) were bad.

the shaking at highway speeds sounds like a dynamic tire imbalance to me. the the pulling to the right when you hit a bump has to be worn suspension. jack your front end up and move your tire around and see if anything is lose.

sounds like a bent tierod or something bent in your steering and suspension a bent tierod usually show up when hittin bumps. honestly if your front end is loose they shouln't even align the car. its gonna just throw off your alignment because you cant align something that flops around. did they recommend for you replace anything at that shop. can you list
