well if all you want is mid 13's i would say do the 2nd setup b/c once you get your feet wet with 8-10 lbs you will want to build that motor and up the boost. mid 13's NA isn't too hard of a feat... go NA!!

nice avatar alley but seriously, i agree, go N/A its so much more fun, its just a personal opinion though, so there really is no answer, which do you like better?

had both however never had a turbo honda. i had an h22, it was fun. iv also had a dsm and a sr20 s13, i dont liek dealing with boost creep and boost not wantin to hold. jsut want to try something, new, i figure the lsvtec will also be less likely to get messed with since i dont ahve a big shinny fmic

Re: (c1civic)
as far as reliability i'd say their both about the same, a ls/vtec is not as reliable as a b18c, but it can last you if you build it right and take care of it, same for a turbo, the n/a setup might be a bit cheaper though, but i'm not sure

how much will it affect the perfomance, i dirve about an hour each way on the highway m-f. if i did the lsvtec i was plannin to build the bottom end a little so i would not have to worry about over revving it. other than that how else can it be built wrong?
