Default service bulletin question

i found this service bulletin for seatbelts that say:Slow seatbelt retraction.
Honda will replace these for free after a quick test by a technician.
(NO TSB.)

does that mean, like 10 years ago when this bulletin came out, or does this mean i can drive up there right now and have it replaced?

the seat belts have a life time warranty.
but there are a lot of things that will void it...

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/free-replacement-seat-belts-care-honda-north-america-long-post-warning-2578603/ it says what will void and what is coved

okay, i just took my car to honda, and the lady came out and played with my seatbelt and told me that since it works i cant get it replaced, i told her that it should cover it since my seatbelt doesnt retract all the way and is slow she said she talked to the rep last week about it and only if it were inoperable could i get it fixed, she said the D pin is probably dirty?

can i get the **** fired?lol, she always gives me the runaround when i go in there i hate that lady

no you cant get her fired, you can however complain but that isnt really going to go anywhere....

ask what the d pin is, and how to clean it. be nice to her, but if she starts to have any attitude turn the *** hole on and start bitchin, then ask for the manager and complain.

well, i called honda today....not my local dealer, honda the 1-800-999-1009 honda lol....i told them about what the lady said and honda told me that they should have replaced them, that the lady lied when she told me the warranty just changed last week. i also told honda about how this lady cant ever look up any parts for me so i have to look up part numbers myself to know what i am getting. Honda said they are going to investigate, gave me a case number and said they would contact me in 2-3 buisiness days
