Default SEMI BUILT B16A2 - How much is it worth?

Hey guys i was wanting to know what I could get for my semi built b16a2? I have had the following done, The head has a mild port, ITR intake manifold, Eagle crank and rods, Crower type 2 cams, buddy club cam gears, AEM V2 intake, blox valvetrain, edlebrock throttle body and header, I don't have pistons. But I have had everything done professionally motor has roughly 75k since the mild rebuild runs really good tranny has 43k flawless no grinds no pop outs nothing. im thinking of selling it minus the throttle body, cam gears, and header. Everything else will be sold motor, tranny, axles, wire harness, ecu, shift linkage, and possibly the mounts. Just need a ball park figure of what I may be able to get for it.

For a custom motor like this getting what you have into it is nearly impossible. You will either take a huge cut in net worth and sell it for less then you probably want to, or you could part it out and probably make more money in the long run.

This is true. OP, you can demand a high price, but you have to keep in mind that the motor is used and without taking it apart to look at the condition of the motor, short of a leak down and compression test, the buyer doesn't know how well you've treated the motor so they aren't going to pay a premium for it. 93egsleeper is right. Part it out and you'll make more money selling everything piece by piece.

I see, well i dont beat on it or race it at ALL I know its my word against the buyers thoughts however, I do tend to have a lead foot on the highway when I travel from time to time, I dont stomp on it or nothing I just tend to go a little fast. I have no leaks of any fluids whatsoever anyone that knows me will vouche. I know I will never get what I spent and I wouldn't dare try, that would be silly but I was thinking of selling it for around $1800, considering the fact that you would pay alot more for a stock b16 swap. I don't think thats to high but im open to all opinions.

Oh and just a little note I did a compression test about 2weeks ago and Its registered between 230 to 240 psi across each cyl. And the only reason im wanting to sell it is because im wanting more displacment.

I wouldn't think it's worth selling as others have mentioned. For power wise, you losing power already by running an ITR manifold on it.

The other thing to keep in mind, is, even with the other mods, i doubt it makes as much power as just using a B18C short block would in stock form.
