Selling my trans. need some help

Selling a b16 trans to a friend for 700$. Need to know what I should include in the deal. I don't wanna give too much or too less. If someone can name the parts to include, that will be great. Thanks!

arm that holds the throwout bearing
mounts if you no longer need them

The transmission and everything that is bolted to it, except your mounts.
